Windy Hights
Windy Hights
It all started for her that year, she had just been transfered to a new school.
Her parents thought it was the wisest desicon, After all, all the public schools was nothing but trouble.
Samantha was her name, mostly called Sam by those who knew her, a young girl, in her 18th year of her life.
She thought her life had been good so far.
Good parents, a good home, Good friends,
All that a girl her age could ask for in life.
But now this, She got transferd to Windy Hights, A Christian school for girls.
It was for her own good, her parents had told her.
There she wouldn't be influenced by the "evil" of the world.
She wasn't really looking forwards to going, She liked the public school she had gone to.
But trying to talk it over, did no good at all. She still stood there Blank, and no one had listened to a word she had said.
Atleast she was willing to give it a chance, Yes that was the least she could do.
After all, maybe it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be.
Yes, she settled for that, That maybe the badness only was in her mind.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Day had finally come, the first day of school.
She felt in her stomach that she was a little nervouse. So much to get used to at once.
But she felt comfident enough to pull it off.
"Don't Forget your Bag, Dear." her mother shouted from the kitchen, were she was making the lunchbag for her dad.
"I remember, Mom" She replied as she looked herself over once more in the mirror.
".....You can do this....." She whispered to herself as she studied the school uniform. "Yuck" she thought to herself,
they were so stiff and boring that they almost made her barf.
She shook her head and grabbed her school bag from her bed as she walked out the door to her room.
"Bye Mom, See you later" She said with a smile, as she ran out the front door.
It was a beautiful sunny day, barly a cloud in the sky above. Yes, this would be a good day, she could feel that.
She walked across the lawn infront of their house to the busstop.
As she threw the school bag over her shoulder, she noticed the yellow school bus coming her way.
Inside she felt a slight tingeling, a feeling that spread out through her body as the bus came closer.
A small sigh escaped her pink lips as the bus stopped infront of her, and the doors opened.
She looked up and saw the busdriver looking down at her.
He was an elderly man, Whom had proberly driven the bus he's entire life.
"Are you going to step onboard?" He asked her with a smile.
Quietly she nodded and walked up the few steps onto the bus.
she stopped for a moment to take a look, rows upon rows of girls dressed in the same boring uniform as herself.
"Great" She thought to herself, the bus was allready full.
With small and gentle steps, she walked throught the rows until she spotted a seat near the back.
She sat down and put the school bag next to her.
As she looked up, she noticed all the other girls looking at her.
"what?" She thought to herself, "Is there something on my face or something?"
She ignored them as the bus gave a little jerk as it started moving.
Her gaze fell on the window, as it passed house after house.
She came to remember that she didn't even know what the school looked like, or where to go or anything for that matter.
In her own thoughts, she sat there on the bus, moving towards a new path in her life.
"Hey, New Girl. You awake back there?" a voice called out.
She snapped out of her thoughts and looked up.
A girl in the seat infront of her, leaned against the seat with her arms crossed, her long brown hair tied back in a ponytail.
"oh, Hi" Was all Sam managed to reply. But the girl only smiled to her.
"So your stuck in the twilight world of Windy hights too, huh?" She could almost hear a giggle in the girl's voice.
Sam nodded and looked back out the window.
"It's not that bad really, once you get used to it. The Teachers are a bunch of old hags though" She countined with a small frown.
"I'm sure I can manage a few of them" Sam replied with a smile.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A few Weeks had passed since that first day, Sam had come to the conclusion that Windy Hights wasn't really so bad as
She had imagined those weeks ago.
Actually she had come to enjoy it, and she had even made a few new friends.
One of them being the girl she had met the first day of school.
Her name Was Jenny, and was around her age. She had been going to Windy hights for a few years and knew most of what
was going on around there.
Jenny's parents, unlike hers, wasn't of the religions kind. But thought that maybe a private school could be good for their daughter's
Education.
They were proberly right too, Sam had thought to herself.
It was a friday morning, as she stood in her bedroom getting ready to go to school.
"mom?" She called out. Her mother was busy in the kitchen as usual.
"Yes Dear?" she heard her mother reply.
"Could I get some money to eat in the cafeteria with the girls today?" She heard the pots and pans suddenly come to a stop.
"Um...Ofcourse dear, I'll put some for you here." Was her mother's reply. An reply that made a smile spread across her lips.
She ran to the kitchen, and kissed her mother's cheek.
"Thank you, Mom" Her mother just smiled. Sam grabbed the money from the counter and ran out the door.
She didn't want to be late. She knew Jenny would be waiting on the bus for her.
As she stepped out of the door, she saw the bus coming down the street. She ran down to the road and waited for it to come up to her.
The busdriver smiled as he opened the door.
As she stepped inside, she saw Jenny sitting in her usual spot.
"Sam! Over here!" Jenny shouted and waved her hand at her.
Sam couldn't help but smile as she walked down the middle of the rows to her.
"So, It's friday," Jenny said with a cheerful voice, as Sam sat down beside her, "Whatcha going to do this weekend?" She countinued.
Sam looked down at her hands and thought about the question for a while.
"I don't know really, How bout you?" Sam Asked. Jenny lit up like a light.
"I'm going to this party with some friends of mine,Big Big Party" She whispered in Sam's ear with a grin on her lips.
"A party?" Sam said, a bit surprised.
"yeah, so if your not doing anything, maybe you could go with us" Jenny brushed her fingers through her hair as she spoke,
Before she turned to Sam with a wired look in her eyes. "If you want to, that is"
Sam's parents would never let her go to a party. They proberly would think it would be nothing but sex, drugs and devil worshipping.
"I don't know...." Sam said softly. "I don't think my Parents would let me go to such a thing" She explained.
"oh you don't need to tell them. Say your spending the night at my place. That we're having a slumber party or something"
In Sam's mind, that did indeed sound allot better than telling her parents that they were going to a party.
Sam nodded and smiled at her friends. "sure, It might be fun"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was in the middle of forth lesson, that Sam found herself drifting away in her mind.
Her parents had never let her do anything during her youth.
Everything was too dangerous, or too evil or something like that.
She felt a bit sad about it actually, She wanted more out of her life than just go to school, and never do anything fun.
Sam gazed out the window at the beautiful forest and the large old Oak tree outside.
She wanted to be there, not stuck in this stinking class room.
But Suddenly, Her thoughts got ripped away from her by the slamming of the class room door.
Her gaze was drawn to where the sound came from. and to her surprise, a girl had stepped into the class room.
The Old Nun looked at the girl with anger in her old blue eyes.
"So, Miss WinterBorn, You have finally decided to join us, I see."
Sam looked the girl up and down and back up again.
The Girl too wore the same boring uniform, but she was allot different than the rest of the girls in her class.
Around her neck, hung various symbolic jewlery. Symbols Sam never had seen in her life.
And her make-up was black, with a deep black line on her eyes.
"Love for the eyeliner" she thought to herself.
The Girl's hair was long and black, and it shinned so nicely in the light.
The girl grinned at the old nun and marched passed her.
Sam Could hear the heavy steps of her army boots.
She also Noticed the fishnet stockings in a dark contrast to the girl's pale skin.
"Miss Winterborn, If you would please get to your seat so we can go on for the next 15 mins before lunch break."
Sam thought it was silly how all the teachers called the kids, miss and by their last name. It was like they were all ready adults.
"Yeah, Yeah, all right all right, just get over with it so I can get out of here. And please, You know how I hate when you call me that." The
Girl said with a tiny growl.
Sam Pulled her gaze away from the girl. She didn't want her catching her stairing at her.
"Very Well then." The nun said as she countinued the lesson.
Sam Wondered who that girl was. She hadn't seen her around school. She couldn't be new, the teacher seemed to know her very well.
Maybe she could ask Jenny about her. Maybe she knew.
As she sat there in her thoughts, the school bell finally rang.
Miss "WinterBorn" was the first to run out the door and vanished.
Sam stood up from her seat and looked around her for Jenny.
A giggle escaped her lips when she noticed Jenny laying on her desk asleep.
"Wake up silly" Sam said as she nudged her head.
"um.....just a little while more....." Jenny groaned under her breath.
"Common Jenny, it's lunch break!" And with those words, Jenny Sat up and looked up at her.
"Lunch you say?" Sam giggled and pulled her friend up from the seat.
"Yes, lunch, you big silly" Both of them giggled as they left the class room and headed down the hall to the dinning hall.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Hey Jenny..." Sam broke the silence while they were eating. Jenny put down her sandwich and gave Sam that serious look.
"That girl over there, Who is she? I haven't seen her here before. She suddenly stormed into the class room earlier"
"Oh her..." Jenny said with a shrug. "you better stay away from her, Sam. That's Jade Winterborn. She started here at the beginning of the year.
People say all sorts of stuff bout her. Devil worshiper, trouble maker. They say she's all ready gone to 5 different schools in just one year.
All public schools which she got kicked out off." Jenny finished as she took a bit of her sandwich.
That bad?Sam thought to herself.
"So stay away from her, Sam. She's nothing but trouble." Jenny Added.
Sam Looked over to where Jade was sitting by herself. She looked lonly. Couldn't be easy being all by yourself in a place like this.
So different from everyone else.
Jenny looked at her, and before Sam realised it she pointed her fork at her as she said,
"Listen, Don't feel sorry for her. She's choosen not to
have any contact with anyone around her. Most of her friends come from the school up the street. Mostly people like her. I've seen her meet them outside
School the few days she's actually been here." Sam just nodded. She still felt a bit sorry for her.
Then, the schoolbell rang again, yet another lesson was about to start.
Sam stood up and put away her tray.
"Guess We'll go back to working then..." She said as she looked down at Jenny.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sam leaned on her hand as her teacher kept on babbeling on and on about this and that. She looked over her shoulder, and noticed Jade sitting at
her desk, her long thin fingers banging gently on the desk infront of her, while music flooded out through her headset.
Suddenly the old nun walked over to where Jade was sitting.
"Miss Winterborn! take off that thing at once. I won't have that kind of music in my class." She ripped the earplugs out of Jade's ear and slammed them
on her desk.
Jade rushed up from her seat, standing face to face with the old nun.
"Listen here, sister! Keep your fuckin' hands off my stuff!" Jade yelled right in her face.
The poor nun stuttered for a moment, and Sam found herself giggeling a bit at the situation.
The nun spun around and looked down at Sam with a deep frown.
"Miss Thompson, You find this amusing? You two, get out of my class room, Go see Mrs.Lee's office."
Sam's giggle turned to a frown, the principal's office. Just cos of a giggle?
Sam lowered her head and stood up.
"Yes, sister...." She noticed Jade was all ready out the door, and she followed slowly behind.
She followed Jade a few steps behind. Should she say anything? Tell her that she wasn't laughing at her.
She didn't know, so she just kept her silence.
Jade slammed up the door to the headmistress' office and marched inside.
By the time Sam got inside, Jade had all ready been called in to Mrs.Lee's office.
Mrs.Lee was the school's headmistress. Sam Thought she seemed nice, but then again she had just talked with her for 5 mins
or so when she started at the school.
Sam took a seat next to the desk of the secretary.
She had proberly been there since the school had been built. She Looked over her glasses as Sam and spoke in a soft gentle voice:
"Samantha Thompson?" Sam just nodded before the secretary countinued. "You Will have to wait a bit, Miss Winterborn is all ready
in Mrs. Lee's office."
Sam leaned back and sat quietly in her chair.
She heard loud voices screaming and shouting within the office. Poor Jade, she thought.
Sam Lowered her head and looked down at her hands which layed restlessly in her lap.
But her body gave a jerk as the office door got ripped up.
Jade stormed out of the office and Mrs. Lee stepped out into the opening.
"This is your last warning, Jade. Remember that!" Mrs.Lee shouted at the girl that rushed passed Sam.
Sam noticed Mrs.Lee give out a sigh of annoyance, then to look up and look at Sam.
"Ah, Samantha, I'm sorry, please come in." She said as she stepped back into her office.
Sam Sighed and rised from her seat, taking slow steps towards the office door.
She closed the brown wooden door behind her and stepped up to the office desk where Mrs. Lee sat.
"Have a Seat please." Mrs. Lee said as she put on her glasses. Sam sat down in the chair put infront of the
desk and looked at Mrs. Lee. She was looking through Sam's Folder.
"You Got sent out of sister Mary's class. Can you Please explain why to me?" Mrs. Lee put her glasses on the tip of her nose and looked at Sam.
"It was nothing really, Mrs. Lee. A giggle just escaped me cos of the situation. I didn't mean anything by it." Sam tried to explain.
"I see." she closed the folder and folded her hands infront of her on the desk. "are you friends with Jade, Samantha?" She countinued.
Sam lowered her brows, what did that have to do with this?
"No, Mrs. Lee. I haven't seen Her untill today." Mrs. Lee only nodded gently.
"Okay, that's it really. Samantha. But a bit of advice before you leave. stay away from Jade Winterborn. She's been nothing but trouble since she
started here. Friends like her, isn't worth having." She put away Sam's folder and nodded that she was excused.
"You may take the rest of the lesson off. I don't think Sister Mary is in the mood that either you or Jade return to her class at the moment."
Sam nodded slowly and got out of her seat.
"Goodbye mrs. Lee." Sam said as she turned and walked out the door.
The old secretary looked at her as she opened the door to the office and walked out.
Why was everyone warning her about Jade? Was everything they said really true?
she couldn't help but wonder.
As she stepped out on the hall, She noticed Jade sitting against the wall further down.
She had her head lowered, so she didn't see Sam standing there looking at her.
Sam felt like she should appologize. Proberly the best thing to do, she assured herself.
She heard her own footsteps as she walked down the hall way towards the lifeless Jade.
She came to a halt infront of her.
Jade didn't even react to her.
"Excuse me...." Sam stuttered as she waited for a reaction.
Jade's deep green eyes gazed up at her. "yea? What can I do for ya?" Jade replied as she started searching through her trusty bag.
"I'm sorry about what happened in class. Guess I'm not really used to teachers being nun's just yet." Sam explained as she kept
watching Jade.
"Nah, no worries. They don't scare me so much anymore." Jade pushed herself up from the floor, and stood face to face with Sam.
"I'm Jade....You proberly have heard bout me from others...." Jade groaned as she placed a cig in her mouth.
Sam felt a lump in her throat grow as she looked into her eyes.
"I'm Samantha..Well...Sam...Nice to meet you, Jade." Jade laughed as she nodded with an ironic look on her face.
"Yea, sure princess." Was all Jade replied back. Sam Found herself frowning at the statement Jade just have given her.
Who did she think she was? Calling her names like that? She didn't even know her. But when truth was said, she hadn't had
such nice thoughts about Jade either.
"Say...." Jade countinued while she roamed through her bag, "Do you Smoke, Princess?" Sam shook her head and looked inside Jade's bag
carefully. it was filled with CD's, make-up, different kinds of weird books.
"Common, Princess. Let's find some place to take a few drags." She threw a dashing smile at Sam as she grabbed Sam's hand in her hand and
pulled her along with her down the hall.
Sam asked her where they were going and Jade replied "just somewhere we can escape for a god damn minute or two, without having those old hags breathing down our necks all the time".
She found the lump inside turn to tingeling. What was this? What was this she was feeling?
They came outside on the back of the school where the old school buildings were being restored. Jade knew the doors would be unlocked for the contractors to come in as they pleased.
She pulled Sam along with her towards the old buildings, Making Sam almost stumble in her feet.
Jade then opened the door slowly, checking if the coast was clear and the contractors had gone to lunch. To their luck, no one was in sight, so the girls entered through a door of one of the old abandoned class rooms.
"Common, let's have a sit here" Jade pulled Sam with her over to one of the desks. Sam took a seat and looked at Jade whom stood by the blackboard, chalk in one hand and
her cigarette in the other. "Well then, Children...Today's lesson is on the ancient nun. Nun's are strange creature's that has lived on forever and ever.
Their as old as time." Sam couldn't help but giggle as she noticed how Jade juggled with the cigarette and the chalk, trying to draw on the blackboard as well.
"As you can see, these suites are the first warning signs. you see one of these, then run like the devil is on your tail" Jade smiled as she pointed to
her drawing of the very "old" nun on the blackboard.
"Keep that in mind, children." she said with a wide grin. She put away the chalk and walked over to where Sam was sitting.
Both the girls sat in silence for a while, just looking at the floor beneath them.
"So....Whatcha do for Fun,Princess?" Sam jerked as she heard Jade's question.
"um......Not much really, my parents are very strik." Jade waved her legs back and forth underneath her.
"yea? that sounds boring. I'm sure I could show you a good time" Jade said as she leaned back on the desk, blowing smoke rings into the air.
"Doing anything special tonight?" Jade added. Sam thought about her plans with Jenny.
"Yea, I'm gonna go with Jenny, Somewhere." Jade laughed as she sat back up.
"Rich girl, Jenny? Mhmm That sounds like fun" She grimased and giggled a bit
before putting out her cigarette.
"Listen, If you wanna do something fun..." She saw her scribbeling something down on a piece of paper." Then give me a call after school,ok?" Jade held out her hand
with a tiny piece of paper in it. she didn't react at first, she just stared at the paper. carefully she reached out and took it from her hand.
In a sloppy writing, she read the number on the paper. as she looked up, she saw Jade standing up from her seat.
"I gotta run, Princess. Gimme a call all right?" Yet another of her dashing smiles hit Sam like a rock. She didn't even have time to reply back before Jade was all ready
out the door.
She sat there in her own thoughts for a while before she left as well.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sam Sat in her room, Looking over the piece of paper in her hand, over and over again.
In her mind she could still see the glow in Jade's eyes as she handed over the number.
She didn't want to ruin the plans she had made with Jenny.
Besides, she had all ready asked her mother if it was ok.
Strange enough, she had said it was Ok,to Sam's big surprise.
Picking up her cell phone, she thought bout what to say to Jade.
Maybe tell her, Some other time, or that she all ready had plans for the evening.
"yea, Better stick to the truth," She thought to herself.
As she dialed the number, she felt the lump in her stomach start to grow again, and she wondered with herself why.
She heard the dialing tone on the other end of the phone.
Beep......Beep......Beep
No Answer
Beep......Beep......Beep
The Sound of a click echoed in her ear.
"um...Yeah?....Hello?" A tired voice said on the other end of her cell phone.
"Eh Jade?" was all that managed to escape her lips.
All she heard was a heavy breath against the phone.
"Hello? Jade?" She asked again.
"um...Yeah,What?" Jade replied in a yawn.
Sam Found herself smiling a bit, why she wasn't sure of.
"It's me, Samantha. You told me to give you a call..." Her nervous voice called out.
"Samantha.....?" The other end said in a mumble.
"ohh....Princess, yea that's right...." She kept on mumbling.
"yeah I guess..." Sam replied to her. "anyhow...I don't think I'm up for much tonight, Jade, Maybe some other day,ok?"
She let everything out so quickly, she almost tied up her toung.
"......oh...okay,that's all right. Guess I'll talk to ya later, Princess." But before Sam could even say her goodbyes, Jade
had all ready hung up on her.
Had she upset her? That wasn't her intention.
A sigh escaped her pink lips as she lowered her head.
"Sorry....Jade...."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jenny had picked her up at around 6 that evening. Where they were going, or what they were doing there, Sam had no Clue.
Jenny smiled at her from the driver's seat, while drumming her fingers on the stearing wheel.
"So...Where are we going?" Sam asked as she let herself move by the music.
Jenny grined at her as she looked in the backseat. Sam turned to see and saw a few bags standing in the back.
She allowed herself to lean back and look.
To her surprise, there was beer in them.
"How on earth did you get those?"She stuttered.
"My mom got em for me. she says it's better that she buys me stuff than that I get something I don't know what is.
Can't be too careful these days anyway." Jenny said with another wide grin.
Before Sam could say anything else, they had arrived at their destionation.
"Here We are, Sam" Jenny said, turning off the engine.
Sam looked outside at a large brick house. It looked quite dark from where she saw sitting.
"you sure anyone is even home? It looks kinda empty." Sam tried to explain, but only found
Jenny Shaking her head at her.
Taking a big breath, Sam opened the door and stepped out on the road.
While listening carefully, She could hear the beat of the music coming from inside.
"See, I told ya there was people there" Jenny said under her breath as she grabbed the bags from the backseat.
Sam only nodded and walked over to where Jenny was standing.
Jenny went ahead of her, walking up the stairs with the heavy bags. Sam thought to herself that she could atleast have
carried some for her. But Jenny was all ready at the door.
"Common, Sam" She said with a smile on her lips. "Let's party"
And with those words, she rang the door bell.
Sam stepped up behind her, looking over her shoulder at the large wooden door.
And then suddenly the door got ripped open. In the light from the hall, Sam saw a boy standing.
In he's hand, he held a Bottle with some brownish luqide in it. His hair was long and dark but his eyes so deep blue.
"dang Jenny, You're finally here, girl. What took you so long? We've been waiting." The boy said in a deep but sweet voice.
"I had to pick up my friend. But Jim are you going to let us in or what?" Jenny pushed her way past him and went down the hall.
Jim looked at Sam and smiled as he motioned her to step inside.
She could hear the music getting louder and louder as she followed Jenny. The same went for the voices, with each step they got louder and louder.
Finally they came to a big living room, it was filled with all sorts of people.
Jenny let herself drop down in the couch, the bags hitting the floor infront of her.
"Common, Sam, take a seat." Jenny said, petting the seat next to her.
Sam did as she was told and sat down next to her friend.
She took a look at the people sitting around her. She didn't really know anyone there but Jenny.
But that didn't really bother her.
"Here, This is for you" As she turned to Jenny, she noticed Jenny holding out an open beer bottle for her.
Slowly, she found herself reaching out for the bottle.
As she grabbed it in her hand, she felt the coldness in the palm of her hand.
She watched as Jenny opened one for herself.
Jenny turned to her and smiled, "Cheers, Girly" She said with a grin and lifted the bottle to her mouth.
Sam let her gaze fall on the beer bottle and then back on Jenny, whom had all ready finished half of her bottle.
For a second, she let her eyes close, as she lifted the bottle to her own lips.
The taste swirled around her mouth before she allowed herself to swallow it.
"that didn't taste so bad..." She thought to herself as the liquid ran down her throat.
Jenny Smiled widly and hugged her friend. "Common, let's get wasted..."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sam felt her head spinning gently and she found herself giggling. She looked down at her bottle, "Almost empty" She told herself
and looked up at Jenny.
Jenny Was sitting on Jim's lap, Holding her arm around his neck. She seemed happy, Sam thought to herself.
Sam Allowed herself to finish yet another bottle. It kept tasting better and better on her lips, and in her mind, she knew she liked it.
"Can I get another one?" She spoke with a giggle.
Jenny popped another one for her and passed it to her with a grin. Sam, Herself couldn't help but smile.
She had never felt like this before. Her whole body was tingeling, and she felt a bit lightheaded but that was quite all right.
Her ears caught the sound of a cell phone ringing near by and looked up to see Jenny poking Jim in the chest.
"Hey, JimmyBoy, your phone is ringing" Jenny told him as she kissed his cheek.
Sam Wondered if he was her boyfriend or something, they seemed awfully close.
She could kinda understand why, He was a really great looking guy.
She found herself paying attention to him as he answered he's cell phone.
"Yea, it's Jim....Oh Hi babe. Yea sure, I'll go unlock the door for ya. Ok, see you then..." He put his phone back in His pocket as he
got up and left Jenny behind on the couch next to her. Maybe they weren't together after all. It sure didn't sound like it by the sound
of the phone Call Jim Just had with someone.
Jim left the room and went down the hall and out of their sight.
Sam and Jenny found themselves looking at each other for a second, both looking like a deer caught in the headlights.
But suddenly, their gaze fell on the hall as they both heard a loud voice coming down the hall
"So, I said to the Fucker, Bite..." And as Sam looked up, she found herself looking into the deep, green eyes of Jade "...me...."
For a second, Jade just looked at her, seeming a bit confused. Jim on the other hand, he's gaze went from Jade to Sam and then back again.
"What are you doing here....?" Jade's voice was so low, almost overpowered by the music in the room.
And everyones attention was drawn to her.
Sam couldn't even think, her mind had come to an halt as she had seen Jade enter the room.
But before she could even speak, Jenny got up from her seat.
"She's here with me, Jade. You got a problem with that?" Jenny Barked at the dark dressed girl.
Jade only shook her head slowly and looked at Jim.
"Nope, No problem. I just thought Princess there had plans." Jade replied with a grin.
Jenny turned her head and glared at Sam in the Corner of her eye as she sat back down.
"What the hell does she mean, Sam?" She whispered in her ear.
She felt a lump in her throat, she didn't exactly know what to tell her.
She watched as Jenny got back on Jim's lap and before she could even answer her back, Jade had placed herself in the couch next to her.
Jenny just shook her head and snuggled up on Jim's lap as she had a bit more of her drink.
In the corner of her eye, she saw Jade grabbing a beer from her trusty bag. She couldn't help but turn to look at her as she placed the bottle against
her black lips.
She allowed herself to gaze at her for a second more before she saw Jade turning the other way.
She heard them talking on the left side of her, some boys were talking with her.
Allowing herself to Ear-drop just a little, she followed up on the conversation.
"So what Happened with you and Amber?" One of the boys said. Jade shrugged and had a bit more of her beer.
"I donno, Guess we kinda slipped apart. Besides, I think she met someone else."
"yea some bloke?" Another boy said as he moved a bit closer to Jade.
"nope, i think it was another Gal, you know." Jade replied, as she pushed him back to where he had been sitting.
Sam thought to herself about what just had been said as she had another sip of her beer.
was she a...Lesbian? Sam turned and looked at her again.
She had never met one before, but she had heard her parents talking about it during dinner, when her
dad had found out that a woman he worked with was one. It was a big sin they had said.
But then again, everything in their eyes was mostly a sin.
Before Sam could even react or move, Jade had turned to her and was looking straight in her eyes.
She felt paralyzed, had she seen her looking at her?
She watched and noticed how a smile spread across Jade's lips.
"Hi there, Princess. How's it going?" Jade giggled and raised her right eye brow.
Sam Swallowed hard as she looked into those green eyes.
"I'm....d-doing good,t-thanks" Sam Stuttered and felt her cheeks catching fire.
But Jade only smiled.
"no damage done," Sam told herself.
"That's good to hear, Princess" Jade said with a grin and had a sip of her beer.
"ey,let's have a drinking game!" Jim's voice shouted on the side of her.
Sam looked around her and looked at everyone there.
They all raised their bottles and glasses to the suggestion.
Sam looked at her friend and raised her brows.
"don't worry, Sam, it's fun" Jenny assured her with a smile.
Jim got up and said out loudly, "I'll spin the bottle and you'll choose truth or dare HaHa"
Everyone Cheered around her. She wasn't sure what was going on. or what on earth they were doing.
"ok, Ok, first of all, play nice people, and go Gentle on Samantha, since she's new and all." Jim said and laughed.
Sam found herself looking at her friend with a nervouse look in her eyes. but before she could ask Jenny not
to be apart of the game, the bottle had allready been spun.
Around and around it went before it pointed to a guy in the corner.
He stood up and looked at the gang, before pointing to a guy in the other end of the room.
"Truth" The guy shouted out loudly. The other guy grined and sat back down.
"Tommy, is it true that you fucked Jim in the ass, man?" Almost everyone in the room, started to laugh, looking
at the boy named Tommy in the other end. she watched as he stood up and put his hand over he's heart and
spoke out, "No,Chris, But I've heard you have" Tommy raised his bottle and goggled down on it. Laughter was again
filled the room as the boy sat back down.
The game went on and on for a while, thankfully not once the bottle had pointed to her.
So far she had heard lots of weird questions and answers. Maybe some of them, more than she'd like to know.
Jade's arm was rubbing against hers, and she felt her cheeks going warm again but before she came to realise it,
her name was called out.
She snapped back to reality as Jim called out her name again.
"truth" Sam quickly replied, not daring to say anything else.
"Would you ever have a threesome?" The words echoed in her head like a distant thunder.
Everyone's attention was drawn to her as she found herself sitting there, blushing like a mad woman.
In the corner of her eye, she saw Jade leaning on her hand and looking at her.
"Um.....uh....Maybe if it felt right..." Sam managed to say. Jim just nodded and put away the bottle.
"man this is getting boring. We need some action. Jade can't you call some girls?" Jim said with a wide grin.
But Jade only frowned. "nah, my gal's are too much for you guys to handle Jim." She said as she stuck out her tounge at him.
Jade Leaned back in her seat, her hair brushing over Sam's skin. She looked at her, and studied the features of her face.
but before she realised it, Jade was looking straight back at her.
Jade smiled as she leaned over and whispered softly in her ear.
"I've seen You watching me all night, Princess..." Sam found herself swallowing a large lump in her throat as Jade's
green eyes looked into her own eyes. "I-I...um....I w-was just looking at y-you..." Sam stuttered and swallowed hard.
"You're cute when you Blush..." Jade said with a smile.
Sam rushed from her seat and looked at Jenny, "I'll be right back, lill girls room" She said under her breath.
Making her way to the bathroom, she felt like her legs were giving away under her.
And making things even worse, Jade had seen her looking at her.
"ohh you're such a jerk, Sam" She mumbled to herself as she pushed open the bathroom door.
Locking it tightly behind her, she stepped up to the mirror and looked at herself.
" What's the matter with me..." She said with a deep sigh.
For a few minutes she allowed herself to try to get herself together.
"ok....just act like nothing happened...yeah thats right..." She told herself as she let the grip she had on the sink, loosen.
But as she opened the bathroom door, a forceful hand pushed her back, and before
she even knew what was happening, she felt a pair of soft lips against hers.
She felt her back being pressed against the bathroom wall, and a pair of hands around her waist.
A shocking expression grew across her face as she looked straight in the face of Jade.
Her body stiffened and she couldn't even move.
The only thing on her mind was the softness of the lips that was kissing hers.
As Jade broke the kiss, she opened her green eyes and looked straight into hers.
Sam couldn't even get a word out, she just stood there, looking at Jade standing before her.
Minutes passed as they just stood there, looking into each other's eyes.
Finally, Jade moved, but to her surprise, she moved in closer.
She felt Her body being pressed against hers.
"J-jade....." her name softly slipped passed her lips.
The glow in Jade's eyes were unexplainable.
Sam closed her eyes as she tried to retake control of herself,
but snapped out of it as she felt Jade's heavy warm breath upon her flesh.
